NATIONAL TRUST HERITAGE CENTRE

The historic house complex displays on the site three (3) typical North Queensland Houses. They are a simple miners cottage built about 1884, a comfortable villa residence (1888) and a farmhouse (1921). Each house is furnished in a style appropriate to it and with an emphasis on items made in North Queensland.
