MEMBERSHIP
Membership of the National Trust of Queensland provides you with
free and discounted access to National Trust properties worldwide.
The National Trust of Queensland has a portfolio of properties that
are open for the community for enjoy. One of the key objectives
of the Trust is to develop these properties into high-quality and
sustainable facilities for heritage education.
However, the cost of maintaining and operating these valuable heritage
assets is quite considerable, so the Trust is constantly striving
to raise the necessary funds to keep them open.
Most of our properties also have collections of items that make
a valuable contribution to the educational experience. Some of those
items are purchased but many are donated.
The Trust has policies on how it accesses and disposes of items.
