The National Trust of Queensland (NTQ) collects personal information to enable us to operate as a membership organisation and at times undertake advocacy work. Information we may collect is, names, address, telephone numbers, Email address, facsimile numbers, number of children.

USE & DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Membership
Personal information collected for membership purposes will be used for National Trust of Queensland business only and is not shared with any other external organisation. Members are informed of :

  • advertising of special events,
  • news; campaigns etc
  • Trust News Magazine
  • annual renewal subscription notices;
  • letters of reminder;
  • Ballot Papers (Council elections)
  • Special Meetings

Campaigns or Petitions
We may use your personal information to inform you of information regarding an advocacy campaign or petition . Personal information collected will not be added to any mailing list, nor be used by the National Trust of Queensland for any other purpose other than the campaign or petition. Personal information will be forwarded to the relevant Minister for action. Further, the National Trust will not retain this personal information at the completion of the campaign or petition.

Merchandise Sales
Personal information collected when processing merchandise sales will be used for National Trust of Queensland business only and is not shared with any other external organisation.
